Susan worked with us for nearly 2 years, helping find us what we were looking for. Our plans changed at least a dozen times over the years and she was very flexible and helpful as our demands changed. She was on top of all the details during offer submission, approval and closing. We were never scrambling, confused or uncertain about the process.
